#002 – Peter & Natasha Hogg | Play To Your Strengths
Peter and Natasha Hogg have a wealth of experience in marketing as a career background.
Being new to property investing, they had ideas and ambitions that they were finding difficult to achieve. Their first investment was a small HMO, which went well as a very first investment. Then, as Peter puts it, they became “distressed buyers” – eager to find the next deal quickly, which lead to a less successful investment.
Their story is one of persistence and the realisation that by using their existing skills (in marketing), they can find the deals they are looking for in a way that suits them.
