University sweethearts Salik and Karishma shared a passion for doing their own thing – following their own individual path, despite the cultural expectations that are sometimes put upon younger British Asian couples. Their journey has not been easy but has been helped by having very loving and supportive families.

Property investment ambitions started at an early age for both, and when the opportunity came to learn about the business of investing, they were wholeheartedly committed. This meant moving out of London and away from their families to be closer to more favourable investment areas where they could be closer to the action and learn their business better. The outcome of their dedication and commitment is the ability to live life on their own terms and to spend quality time with the most important people of all – family.
